The company was founded in 2006, when Comedian Bobby Smith IV and Anthony Lightner II (UTA Business Major), sought to go into business themselves.

 Anthony is a 28 year old entrepreneur from San Antonio, TX. 
Anthony was born January 7th, 1983 in Alexandria, VA.  
He was the first son of Tony and Cynthia Lightner. 
He was a military brat living in Ft. Washington, MD, Belleville, IL,
  Bitburg, Germany, Wichita, KS, and finally ending up in San Antonio
  at the age of 15.  
Anthony's first love has always been sports, and he was a varsity
  letterman in football and track during high school. 
Anthony attended a local community college in San Antonio and earned
  his Associates of Arts degree in December, 2003 then transferred to the
  University of Texas in Arlington in January, 2004.  
Anthony majored in business marketing/real estate in December, 2006.  
Nu'School is the first business venture for Anthony, but he hopes to own
  more businesses and invest in real estate in the future.  
Anthony has 1 older sister Renie and 1 younger brother Josh.

 Bobby Smith IV

B Smitty started doing stand-up comedy at the age of 19.  Inspired by Greatness he knew this is what he wanted to do at an early age.  His First love was to make short comedy movies, but saw teaching defensive driving as a stepping stone to gain great experience in speaking in front of different people.  Bobby’s unique style of humor is appealing to all audiences.   His fresh witty material is taken from the truth about his life, and everyday situations.  With his detailed characters, pinpoint delivery and unpredictable punchlines, his shows take you on a unique, yet hilarious journey of people, places and life.
 
As a skilled Master of Ceremonies Bobby has hosted fundraiser events for different organizations such as the Rainbow House for the Battered Women’s Shelter and the Laugh 4 Life Comedy Festival that benefits patients in need of organ donations.
